Do Acupressure Mats Hurt?

The first time you lay on your Dakini Acupressure Set it will feel somewhat uncomfortable and you may only be able to stay on for 5 minutes or so, this is totally normal!    You may experience a prickling sensation when you first lay down, followed by a feeling of warmth in the areas that are being targeted. There is no need to worry though; this sensation is just increased blood circulation and muscle tension being released.   The good news is that the body quickly gets used to this sensation and you will be able to relax and stay on for longer the more you use your mats.

How Long Should I Use The Dakini Set For?

We recommend at least 10 to 15 minutes per day to start. Once you get used to the sensations of the spikes, you can increase until you reach 20 to 60 minutes. We recommend that you use the Dakini acupressure set daily if possible.
